Joel Morgan, Pastor
Joel has always been fascinated by the intersection of body, mind and spirit as well as how to sustain creativity, energy and vitality in the midst of real life.  As an ordained Minister of Word and Sacrament in the Presbyterian Church (USA) {www.pcusa.org}, Joel seeks to connect others with God's love, grace and promise in Jesus Christ.  Through preaching and teaching that marries real life with faith and practice, Joel believes that God opens people to a lifelong journey of tranformation in Christ.    

 He has a BS in Language Arts (English, Literature, and Theater) from Dana College in Blair, Nebraska and a Masters of Divinity from Trinity Lutheran Seminary in Columbus, Ohio. 

He is married and has two children.    
Joel is also a Facilitator prepared by the Center for Courage and Renewal (www.couragerenewal.org) which is committed to helping individuals "reconnect who they are with what they do".

Paul Robb, Organist
Paul Robb is the Organist and Choir Director at Westminster Presbyterian Church in Richmond, Virginia. He previously served as Interim Organist Director at St. George's Episcopal Church in Fredericksburg; Organist/ChoirMaster at Aquia Episcopal Church in Stafford; Organist at Duncan Memorial United Methodist Church in Ashland; and from 1978 to 1999 he was Organist/Choir Director for Fredericksburg Presbyterian Church.  Paul studied organ at Occidental College in Los Angeles under Dr. Robert Prichard and holds degrees from the University of Maryland and the University of Mary Washington.  In his other life, Paul is employed as a Senior Software Engineer for Solutions Development Corporation in Dahlgren. He is married to Joanne M. Robb who teaches in the Alternative Education Program for Stafford County Public Schools.

Cary Davis, LifeStyle Band Director
Cary Davis is the LifeStyle worship Band Director.  She holds a BS in Accounting from VCU.  She is the former assistant music director of Mt. Pisgah UMC, and received an American Guild of Organists scholarship winner for 2 semesters of organ instruction at VCU.  She also had 2 semesters each of drums and guitar, and has been playing piano since age 4.

Luana Roberts, Office Manager
Luana Roberts was the head copyreader for Presbyterian Board for 3 years. Luana managed housing for elderly and handicapped for 12 years and then worked at Carpenter Co. for 18 years as word processor, with side trips into editing and graphics for the company. After one month of retirement, Luana came to Westminster Presbyterian Church as office manager.
